When renting an entire home, you will have all the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom(s) to yourself without the daily attendance of our cleaning staff, unless you request it. It's your very own home away from home!

Central London hot spots are a 10-30 minute tube ride away from our locations in zones 2 and 3. Self-catering facilities

Our accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis. Private rooms enjoy a personal fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard equipped for cooking. Nearby supermarkets make it easy to buy ingredients, drinks and snacks. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the kitchen. Laundry and ironing facilities are also available for your convenience.

Do you have rooms with private bathrooms?

Yes! We now offer a limited number of rooms with a private bathroom. Find them in your search results under titles "en-suite" or "with private bathroom".

Do you provide daily housekeeping?

If you have rented a private room in a shared property, a cleaner will keep the common areas clean every day. You will also receive fresh towels every few days in your kitchen cupboard. If your stay exceeds 10 days, the cleaner will clean your room once a week.

If you have rented an entire apartment for more than 10 days, a housekeeping will attend the property once a week to change your bedsheets, towels and give the place a thorough clean. For a small fee, a cleaner can attend more frequestly at your request.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A £50 refundable deposit is charged to secure your booking. The deposit is refunded to you in full at check-out, subject to damages inspection. The full rent is paid at check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you choose to cancel your booking, you will be charged the amount of your security deposit (£50).

Does the rent include all bills?

Yes, the quoted rental price includes all bills.

How do I make a booking?

1) Use our online booking strip, call us or email to check availability.
2) Follow the steps to complete the payment of the refundable security deposit of £50, which is refunded to you at check-out.
3) Receive a booking confirmation with full details of your accommodation and stay. The rent is paid at check-in.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For the security deposit:

The rent must be paid in full at or before check-in to receive the keys to your accommodation.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Please check individual property descriptions for check-in and check-out times, which are flexible, subject to availability. For security reasons, we will need to take a copy of your passport(s) at check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, our properties do not accommodate pets.

Is smoking allowed?

Please respect that all apartments are non-smoking and a £50 penalty applies if there is a smell of smoke at check-out or during your stay.

Are there house rules?

Yes, please follow these house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your housemates. Failure to follow the rules may lead to a loss of your deposit.

1) No smoking anywhere in the property.

£50 penalty will be charged if smell of smoking is sensed during your stay or when you check out.

2) Quiet hours 22:00 - 08:00.

Please respect other sleeping guests by keeping all noise levels very low. Do not use the hair dryer, washing machine or tumble dryer at this time. Keep TV volume and voices low. Close doors gently to avoid slamming.

3) Keep shared areas clean.

Bathrooms: rinse away hair and soap in the shower, throw away finished toilet rolls, use the bath mat to avoid wet floor, don't leave your toiletries or towels in the bathrooms.

Kitchen: wipe surfaces after cooking and eating, wash and put away your cups and plates into your cupboard, put away the ironing board after use.

4) Recycle.

In some properties, rubbish is recycled by local law. You will see separate bins for recyclables and a other rubbish.

Recyclables: plastic boxes and bottles, glass, cardboard, paper, deodorant and other aerosol bottles.
Other rubbish: thin plastic food packaging (e.g. crisps packets), plastic bags, food, tissue and toilet paper, fabric, wood.

Never put 'other rubbish' in recycling bins!

Is there a curfew?

No, there is no curfew, so you can come in and out of the house at any time. However, if you are doing this during the quiet hours of 22:00 - 08:00, you need to consider other guests and be very quiet in accordance with the house rules.
